Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

              The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. 
- 
              The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition (unopened, in its original packaging, and without damage). 
- 
              You must provide a proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or invoice) to initiate the return. 
Certain products are not eligible for return, including
- 
                Custom or special orders that have been specifically made to your specifications. 
- 
                Products that have been installed, altered, or used , unless there is a manufacturing defect. 
- 
                Consumable items (e.g., air filters, chemicals, or lubricants) that are opened or used.

2. How to Return an Item

                  Contact our customer service team at enquiries@aspirecontrols.com or 04-4541261 to request a return authorization (RA) number. 
- 
                  Provide your order number, details of the product, and reason for the return. 
- 
                  Once you receive the RA number, securely pack the product in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refund Amounts :

                  If the product meets our return criteria, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus any applicable restocking fees (see below). 
- 
                  Restocking Fee : A restocking fee of up to 30% of the product price may apply to returns, depending on the condition of the returned product.
- 
                  Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. 
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at [enquiries@aspirecontrols.com/04-4541261]. We may ask you to provide photos or a description of the damage to expedite the process.
If your product is defective or damaged during transit, we will offer one of the following options:

                  A full refund, including shipping costs. 
- 
                  A replacement product, shipped to you at no additional charge. 
- 
                  A store credit, if preferred. 
Please note that claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or size, you will need to return the original product and place a new order. Please follow the return instructions outlined above and refer to our product selection for the replacement.
6. Non-returnable Products

                    Custom or special order . 
- 
                    Opened, used, or damaged products (unless defective).
- 
                    Consumable products (e.g., air filters, chemicals, etc.).
- 
                    Products missing original packaging or documentation.
7. Sale and Clearance Items
All sale or clearance items are final and not eligible for return or refund, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
8. Cancelling an Order
Aspire Controls & Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our return and refund procedures.
