              Backordered or special-order items : If the item you ordered is not immediately available, you will be notified of the expected shipping date. We will provide you with an estimated time frame for delivery.

                Freight Shipping : Larger or heavier HVAC products, such as units and systems, may require freight shipping, which typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

                International Shipping : We may offer international shipping to select locations. Please contact us for rates and delivery times if you are outside the UAE.

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- Standard Delivery : Delivery times vary based on your location, typically within 3-7 business days for orders in the UAE.
- Expedited Delivery : Expedited shipping is available, with delivery times typically within 2-3 business days.
- Freight Delivery : Larger HVAC units or systems shipped via freight will take longer to deliver, typically within 5-10 business days. Freight shipments may also require a scheduled delivery appointment due to the size of the product.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We do our best to provide accurate delivery windows, but shipping delays due to weather, third-party carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if available) so you can track the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available for freight shipments.
You can also log in to your account on our website to check the status of your order and tracking details.
- Oversized HVAC units : Some large heating or cooling systems may require special shipping arrangements, such as freight delivery.
- International Orders : We may not be able to ship certain products internationally due to regulations, size limitations, or costs.
- Hazardous Materials : Certain chemicals or products may have specific shipping restrictions, especially when shipping internationally. We will inform you if your order includes a restricted item.
If there are any shipping restrictions for your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative solutions.
- Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Take Photos of any damage to the product and packaging.
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged product, either by phone at 04-4541261 or by email at enquiries@aspirecontrols.com
- Do not dispose of the damaged item or packaging until you have contacted us, as we may need it for our claims process.
- Replacement : We will ship a replacement product to you at no additional charge.
- Refund : If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you with tracking and resolving the issue.
Please ensure that all shipping information, including the address and contact details, is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We may be able to update the information before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
